Everyone can benefit from counseling, whether it is individual, couples or family therapy. The benefit from having a safe place to process life, resolve internal issues of the past and of the present, whether in crisis or not is priceless. We  help clients understand themselves and recognize behaviors and ways of thinking that impact their lives, both positively and negatively.We partner on improving positive thinking and re-framing the negative. Sometimes we have to explore the past to understand the present and along the way we create a bag of tricks to manage whatever life throws our way. Sometimes it only takes a few sessions, other times it takes a year. In either case, it is a journey we walk together for as long as you need, and therapy remains purposeful.
